About the Rental Increase report

This report is accessed via Reports, then Management. You can print the report either by Berth / Unit / Vault or by Agreement...

If printing by Agreement:

The report shows the billing plan of the Customer, the date and amount of the rent increase, the current rental amount, the percentage of the increase and the number of days between the date of the report and the date the new rent is due to start. This report cannot be reproduced, it will only ever show what rental increases are currently pending.

If printing by Berth / Unit / Vault:

If printing the report by Berth / Unit / Vault, you have the option to print the Last Rental Increases or Pending Rental Increases. If printing the Last Rental Increases you will be prompted to enter the start and end date of the report and it will display any Berths / Units / Vaults which have a Last Increase date that falls within that range.

If printing by Pending Rental Increases it will ask you to enter the report start date and will display any Berths / Units / Vaults which have a New Rent From date from the start date of the report. The report shows the date of the Berth's / Unit's / Vault's last rental increase / decrease, the next rent increase date, the current rented value of the Berth / Unit / Vault, the new rented value, and the net increase or decrease.
