  • This report can be exported to Microsoft Excel by setting the Print Location (see #SYSSETSPL01).

About the Anticipated MoveOut's report

This report is accessed via Reports, then Berth / Unit / Vault. This report is useful if you want to know how many of each Berth / Unit / Vault type are expected to become available for rent in the next few weeks or months. The report is sorted by Berth / Unit / Vault type, with week ending or month ending dates across the top, showing the number of moveout's expected for each Berth / Unit / Vault type, and the total number of moveout's expected for each date period.

The report calculates the number of anticipated moveout's using the Anticipated Moveout Date which has been entered on the Customer's Agreement.
