How do I show an image or logo on my reports?

  1. Select Maintenance, Invoice and Receipt Setup, then the Report Logo tab.
  2. Once the editor opens, select the filmstrip tool (at the top) and draw a block where you wish your image to appear.
  3. Right-click the default image (likely a coffee cup) and select Import. Browse to your image, select it, then click Open.
  4. Adjust your image area, size and scale if necessary. When done, click Save then OK to return to the previous screen.

What if I want to display some text, or a database field, on the report instead?

To display a certain textual element on your reports (instead of a logo or other image), click the text tool (instead of the filmstrip tool) in Step 2 above, then enter your desired text. You can edit the font & display settings by right-clicking on the element & selecting SVG Attributes.

To display a database field (reference) on your reports (instead of a logo or other image), click the text tool (instead of the filmstrip tool) in Step 2 above. Clear the default text, then click Insert Fields. Select your desired database table, then field, from the list provided. Once inserted, you can edit the font & display settings by right-clicking on the element & selecting SVG Attributes.
