Setting up a Notice Plan is very easy. All you have to do is setup your individual Notices
on a specific plan number. Any other notices on this same plan number then become part of that notice plan.As you can see in the example screenshot below, we have a number of notices on different Notice Plans - Plan 0, Plan 1 and 3 (you can skip plan numbers if you like - StorMan has no problem with this).
Zero (0) is the default Notice Plan. Any notices set on the 0 plan will become the default Notice Plan.
Manual or non-triggered notices are letters or emails that don't get sent to anyone automatically. These could be marketing letters, feedback forms, privacy-policy documents, quote templates etc. Even if you have letters that sit dormant until you need to manually send them, you can put them on any Notice Plan you like. They will not send to anyone unless you specify a timing point and a trigger, or unless you manually choose to send one to a Customer.

Yes - Notice Plan 9 is used for forms. Forms can be printed by clicking
on an Agreements tab .
On Monday December 1st, 2008 we held a free StorMan PowerSession webcast on the topic of creating a Notice Plan. You can download / view the webcast recording below...
