What is the check Berths / Units / Vaults at other site function used for?

This function lets you check for available Berths / Units / Vaults at other sites within your company / group. This ensures that the [potential] Customer remains within your company, as opposed to being asked to "find another company" if your site is full, or doesn't offer a Berth / Unit / Vault of the size that they require.

How do I check for Berths / Units / Vaults at another site?

  1. From the MultiView menu, select Find Berths Avail at Other Site / Find Units Avail at Other Site / Find Vaults Avail at Other Site.
  2. The site listing window will open, as shown below. Facility listing
  3. Select the site where you wish to search for Berths / Units / Vaults, and click OK to continue.
  4. A new window will appear (as shown below), displaying all available Berths / Units / Vaults (with a status of either 'Vacant' or 'To Clean') at that site. Select the 'Berth Type' / 'Unit Type' / 'Vault Type' at the top section of the screen to see any Berths / Units / Vaults for that type in the lower section of the screen. The Berth / Unit / Vault number, size, door size and status is shown. Unit listing
