Berth / Item / Unit / Vault missing from map

If a rentable StorMan item (such as a Berth, Item, Unit or Vault) has disappeared or gone missing from your facility map, you can reset its coordinates to have it reappear in its default (top-left corner) position...

  1. Select Maintenance then Berths / Units / Vaults.
  2. Double-click the missing Berth / Unit / Vault and navigate to the Access Control tab.
  3. Set the Object ID, Text ID, Rectangle ID, X Position, Y position and Rotation field values all to 0 (zero). Click OK to save the changes, then return to the main StorMan Dashboard.
  4. Open your facility map (via the Map icon on the Dashboard). The reset Berth / Unit / Vault will now be located at top left of your facility map and ready for repositioning via the Edit function (more on this: #MAPEEM01).
