Why are paid to dates not showing on invoices?

Paid-to-dates (PTD's) will only appear on Customer invoices under certain circumstances, as the date is only accurate under certain conditions. These conditions are as follows...

  • The Hide Next Charges option must be set to False (Maintenance menu, then Invoice Setup)
  • The Always show option must be set to True (Maintenance menu, then Invoice Setup)
  • Show Paid to Date on invoice must be True (Maintenance menu, then Invoice Setup)
  • The invoice can’t be for a cash sale
  • The Agreement must be active
