The Stock Control System lets StorMan keep count of the quantities of items you have available to sell.
You will need to open the relevant analysis codes for each type of item that you sell and click the Enable Stock Control option on the Analysis Code screen, as shown below. Do this for each Analysis Code that you wish to record quantities / stock levels for.
Now that you've setup stock control, StorMan will most likely think you have "zero" stock of everything. So the next step would be to add quantities into the system so that StorMan knows how many you have and also so that StorMan lets you begin selling these items.
