Programs that interfere with StorMan

The following programs are known to interfere with StorMan (at the time of writing)...
- AVG Security Suite - A number of our clients have reported that this product does not allow PDF's to be printed from within StorMan. However, we have been told that a number of tweaks to the products setup will allow PDF printing to work unimpeded. Please consult your IT technician for further information.
- CA (Computer Associates) AntiVirus & Security software - A number of our clients have reported that this product does not allow PDF's to be printed from within StorMan. Even disabling the product does not fix the issue. The product needs to be completely removed and replaced with something else.

Free software vs. Paid software
While some companies may provide a free security and / or antivirus solution, there is usually a catch - be it popup ads, the inability to remove a threat when detected, lack of support, etc.
Furthermore, be sure to read the licensing information carefully upon installation, as some products are only free for personal use, not business use. When it comes to the security & safety of your computer systems & Customer data, remember the adage "you get what you pay for".
