What Operating System does my computer use? (for Windows users)
Right-click on the My Computer/Computer icon on your Desktop (if it does not appear on the Desktop go to the Start Menu and right click on My Computer/Computer from there).
Select Properties.
The Operating System information is displayed in the System window.
What Operating System does my computer use? (for Mac users)
Click the on the Apple icon in the top left hand corner of the Desktop.
Select About This Mac from the menu which appears. You should find Operating System information here.
