Why does one of my Berth types / item types / Unit types / Vault types keep resetting to zero ($0)?

You may notice an issue where some of your Berths / items / Units / Vaults keep resetting to no value (zero dollar value; $0) each day, or after Daily Processing is run. This occurs when a Berth Type / Item Type / Unit Type / Vault Type has Dynamic Rent Control (DRC) enabled, but with no value set.

How do I stop my Unit price from resetting?

1. Select Maintenance, then Berth Types & Rates / Item Types & Rates / Unit Types & Rates / Vault Types & Rates.
2. Double-click the Berth type / item type / Unit type / Vault type that keeps losing its value figure.
3. Select the Dyn Rent Cont (DRC / Dynamic Rent Control) tab.
4. Disable DRC, by disabling the relevant checkbox - or, if you use DRC, set a price and configure it as desired.
5. Click OK and Done to save & close.
