What does the "There are unconfirmed receipts which should be deleted, if they have not yet been received" message mean?

This message generally appears at the start of Daily Processing (more on this: #DLYWISDP01) and informs you that you have transactions in the system which are set to "unconfirmed". In other words, when a receipt was added to a Customer's Agreement, the transaction was set to "unconfirmed" (more on this: #CUSAROR01) and the transaction(s) in question will need to be either set to "confirmed", or deleted. Click Yes on the dialog to display the transactions in question.

For example: Payments made by cheque (check) are often set to "unconfirmed" until they clear at the bank. You will need to manually set the transactions in question to "confirmed" once the cheque clears.
