If you are having problems sending SMS / TXT messages using the Advam SMS module Operator Login Failed or Unable to Process Request.
, you may receive this error. It will generally appear with one of two prefixes - eitherThe Operator Login Failed message means that your SMS account password (in , , then the tab) was not recognised by Advam. Please check or re-enter your password into the System Setup screen mentioned above and try again.
The Unable to Process Request message means that your SMS account login has now been blocked by Advam, due to too many login attempts with the aforementioned login password.
