If the error message appears when you attempt to save / close a Customer's reservation or Agreement window, then the issue is most likely caused by a Customer's email address entered multiple times. Check the Email address field on your Customer Agreement screens to ensure the email address hasn't been entered multiple times.
The easiest way to do this is to click inside the Email address field, press CTRL + A (the shortcut for 'Select all') and then Delete to completely clear the email address field. You can then re-enter the email address.
