What is a "Rental Rate Variation Report" error?

This error is shown when trying to run the Rental Rate Variation Report (more on this: #RPTRVR01) and setting it to only show Berths / items / Units / Vaults with their last rental increase prior to X date but that date is greater than the last Check Activity calculation date. To stop this error from appearing, don't use a date greater than the last Check Activity date.
