Read-only mode (#ERRROM01)

What is a Read Only error?

This particular error generally only appears when computer and / or folder permissions dictate that the datafile & structure files are being opened in read-only mode. The error usually appears when you start StorMan on a Mac.


How do I fix a Read Only error?

Locate the StorMan folder in your finder and right-click -> Get Info on the folder. Set the permissions for all users (Admin, Everyone, etc) to "Full access". Click the cog icon and set it for all folders & subfolders of the current (StorMan) folder. This should fix the issue. If not, please contact StorMan Support.
