What would cause a StorMan PDF print job to fail?

A PDF invoice (or other document) may not generate in StorMan when the PDF printer is not selected, or a required file is corrupt. If you have a PDF printing issue, please try the following fixes...

  • Have you checked that the PDF printer is enabled and selected in the relevant section via Maintenance, System Setup, then Settings 1?
  • Have you checked that the PDF printer is correctly installed? Reinstall if required (more on reinstalling the PDF printer: #UTLPXRI01).
  • Does the problem still exist after rebooting your computers?
