What is a "Failed - Error code 03 Invalid Merchant" error?

This particular error generally appears with a Thinc/NAB merchant account setup. The error means that the credit card type (eg. Amex, or Diners, etc) has not been setup to be processed on the NAB end. Please contact the NAB and ask them to configure the merchant account for the type of card you are trying to process.
