What is a "Permissions error. Attempt to open locked file for writing. The document cannot be created." error?
This particular error generally appears when you have an email (in storMan) with a missing attachment.
To correct the error, go to , then and view any unsent emails - checking to ensure that the attachments (if any), open & display correctly. When you find one that does not open or display correctly, you have found the email that is causing the error. Delete it & the problem should go away (you can then regenerate & resend the original email if you need to).
