How to fix the error (for users running StorMan Standalone on Microsoft Windows)

  1. Exit StorMan.
  2. Download the patch installer from our website on to your desktop.
  3. Run the installer. The installer will ask where you want to extract the files to. Use ... to browse to the Components folder - it can be found in the folder where StorMan is installed (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\StorMan\Components\). Select the Components folder once and click OK, then Extract. Extraction location
  4. You will likely be prompted to overwrite a number of files; click Yes to All, if prompted. The installer will close a few moments later.
  5. Start StorMan as per normal... the error should no longer appear. If it doesn't, please contact StorMan Support.
  6. Once you have verified that the issue has gone away, you can delete the downloaded installer file from your desktop.

  1. Exit all StorMan Clients and then exit the StorMan Server program.
  2. Download the patch installer from our website on to your StorMan Server computer's desktop.
  3. Run the installer. The installer will ask where you want to extract the files to. Use ... to browse to the Components folder - it can be found in the folder where StorMan Server is installed (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\StorMan Server\Components\). How to fix the error (for users running StorMan on a Macintosh)

  1. Exit StorMan on all computers.
  2. Download the patch from our website on to your StorMan (or StorMan Server) computer's desktop.
  3. Extract the downloaded .zip file into the StorMan.app:Components package. Some of the files will already exist - so choose the option to replace or overwrite all of the existing files if prompted.
  4. Start StorMan as per normal... the error should no longer appear. If it doesn't, please contact StorMan Support.
  5. Once you have verified that the issue has gone away, you can delete the downloaded .zip file from your computer's desktop.
