What is a "10064 Unable to contact host" error?

This particular error generally appears when trying to send email from within StorMan and is caused by a 3rd-party application blocking StorMan traffic. The issue may be caused by a virus scanner, port blocker or incorrect firewall configuration.

On occasions, our Technical Support Agents have found a program called winagent.exe running on affected computers. This program is a remote spying application and you (or your I.T. provider) will need to disable or remove this program - or add an exception for StorMan - to correct the issue.
