What is a "10042 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable" error?

This particular error appears when StorMan is unable to send your email message to the listed recipient's mailbox. This occurs when the email address is incorrectly entered (or no longer valid), or if the internet has momentarily dropped out / disconnected.

To correct this issue, check that your internet connection is online, ensure StorMan is not blocked in your firewall (more on this: #HWSNPT01), make sure no third-party software is blocking StorMan from communicating with the internet (more on this: #HWSPIS01) or check the recipients email address to ensure that it is correct & valid.
