What is a -10600 (the BLOB could not be read, it may be damaged) error?

This particular error means that an attachment (usually for an email message in StorMan) is missing or corrupt.


How do I fix a -10600 (the BLOB could not be read, it may be damaged) error?

Go to File, then View Email in StorMan. Locate the oldest message that has NOT been actioned (sent); this is generally the message causing the problem. To confirm, open the email message in question by double-clicking on it. In the Attachments section, try to open the attachment... if the BLOB error appears again, then you have found the message that is causing the issue.

To fix the issue, you will need to delete the email - so note down who the email is for & what the attachment is, delete the message, then the problem should go away. Of course, you may need to regenerate the email and its attachment again, otherwise the customer will never receive what you were attempting to send them.
