What does Undo Last Charges do?

Undo Last Charges, located on the Transactions tab of Customer Agreement screens (more on this tab: #AGTTAB601), will undo the most recent lot of rental charges. Using the dialog that appears when you select this button, you can choose to show the reversal transactions (optional).

Why am I unable to undo the last charges?

This button will not work during the following circumstances...

  • If the Agreement's Berth / Unit / Vault number has changed since the charges were originally billed (e.g.: if the Customer has moved out of one Berth / Unit / Vault and into another)
  • If the Last Bill date on the Agreement's Move Out tab (more on this tab: #AGTTAB701) is not equal to the date of the most recent billing.
  • If the Last Bill amount on the Agreement's Move Out tab (more on this tab: #AGTTAB701) is not equal to the last amount that was billed.

How do I fix this, so that I can undo the last charges?

Navigate to the Move Out tab (more on this tab: #AGTTAB701) on the Agreement in question, and ensure the Last Bill date is set to the date of the most recent billing. Also, on the same tab, ensure that the Last Bill amount is equal to the last amount that was billed.
