Why would I want to change or modify an Agreement number or Customer Code?

On occasions, staff may accidentally assign the incorrect Agreement number to an Agreement in StorMan. It is possible to change the Agreement number to a different one, so long as the number you're assigning the Agreement too is not in use by someone else. How do I change or modify an Agreement number or Customer Code?

  1. Select Customers then Change Agree't No or Code.
  2. Select the item you wish to change - either Agreement Number, Customer Code or Reservation Number.
  3. Insert the relevant existing & new information into the fields below.
  4. Click OK to make the alteration.
