A cash sale is a quick way to sell merchandise items, such as boxes, locks, rope, bubble-wrap, etc
to walk-in Customers. Generally, you would use cash sales for Customers who you do not know, do not store or rent with / from you, and whom you probably won't see again.More on the difference between a Cash Sale, Other Credit Sale & Agreement-based sale: #INTFDTOS01

We do not recommend using cash sales for Customers who store or rent with / from you, because cash sales do not store as much information as Agreement and Other Credit Sale screens do (mainly due to the fact that cash sales are designed to be fast, and for those who don't store or rent with you).
If an existing storer / renter wants to purchase merchandise items from you, open their Agreement and use the tools provided on the Transactions tab to add the required charge
.By the same token, if a removalist company or other Customer that has an Other Credit Sale
with you wants to purchase merchandise items, use the open up their Other Credit Sale and use the tools provided on the Transactions tab to add the required charge .More on the difference between a Cash Sale, Other Credit Sale & Agreement-based sale: #INTFDTOS01.
