There are two quick ways to add a new cash sale in StorMan...
- Completing the address information at the top of this screen is optional, but please check with your site or area manager as your company policy may require that this data is collected.
- The
and tabs along the top of the Charges table allow you to switch between the screen used for adding charges and the receipt or payment screen (used for taking a payment for this cash sale; see next screenshot below).- Use
to add a charge to the Cash Sale, or select the charge directly from the dropdown to add it (the latter method is slightly faster).- Use
to delete the highlighted charge.- Once charges have been added, you can adjust their quantities by clicking in the relevant Qty column and updating it as required.
- If the Customer is paying via credit card, click
to enter their credit card details for automated online processing .- If your Customer is paying with cash, complete the Amount Tendered section with the amount of money they gave you. StorMan will then automatically work out the change that you need to give your Customer (which will be displayed in the Change Required field underneath).
