Why make Berths / Units / Vaults unavailable?

Rather than delete Berths / Units / Vaults (which will permanently remove the maintenance & repair logs plus any Customer history for that Berth / Unit / Vault), we suggest that you make the it 'unavailable' instead.

 

How will an unavailable Berth / Unit / Vault affect my reports?

Unavailable Berths / Units / Vaults won't affect your reports. Berths / Units / Vaults with this status will not be counted in any calculations based on lettable area, and so forth. More on the Berth / Unit / Vault status report: #RPTUSR01.

 

How will an unavailable Berth / Unit / Vault affect my license?

Unavailable Berths / Units / Vaults don't count towards your license. More on licenses: #UNTLIC01.

 

How do I make Berths / Units / Vaults unavailable?

To change the status of a Berth / Unit / Vault, go to Maintenance, then Berths / Units / Vaults. Double-click on a Berth / Unit / Vault to open it. You can change the Berth's / item's / Unit's / Vault's status here. More on this: #UNTSTA01.
