Rather than delete Berths / Units / Vaults (which will permanently remove the maintenance & repair logs plus any Customer history for that Berth / Unit / Vault), we suggest that you make the it 'unavailable' instead.
Unavailable Berths / Units / Vaults won't affect your reports. Berths / Units / Vaults with this status will not be counted in any calculations based on lettable area, and so forth.
Unavailable Berths / Units / Vaults don't count towards your license.
