How do I delete Berths / Units / Vaults?

We don't recommend that you delete Berths / Units / Vaults - doing so will permanently remove the maintenance & repair logs plus any Customer history for that Berth / Unit / Vault. Instead, we suggest you make the Berth / Unit / Vault 'unavailable' by changing its status to 'unavailable' (more on Statuses: #UNTSTA01). When set to unavailable, it won't count towards your license total (more on licenses: #UNTLIC01) and it won't appear on any reports that calculate space based on Berth / Unit / Vault areas and so forth.

However - if you really must delete a Berth / Unit / Vault, you can do so by opening up the Berth / Unit / Vault you wish to delete from the Berths / Units / Vaults screen and clicking Delete. This screen can be found under Maintenance -> Berths / Units / Vault. The Berth / Unit / Vault will need to have all History removed before Delete will appear.

There's no Delete. Why?

As mentioned above, Delete will only appear once you have removed all History for a particular Berth / Unit / Vault. Then, close & re-open the Berth / Unit / Vault. Delete should now appear with the other buttons on this window.
