We don't recommend that you delete Berths / Units / Vaults - doing so will permanently remove the maintenance & repair logs plus any Customer history for that Berth / Unit / Vault. Instead, we suggest you make the Berth / Unit / Vault 'unavailable' by changing its status to 'unavailable'
. When set to unavailable, it won't count towards your license total and it won't appear on any reports that calculate space based on Berth / Unit / Vault areas and so forth. However - if you really must delete a Berth / Unit / Vault, you can do so by opening up the Berth / Unit / Vault you wish to delete from the Berths / Units / Vaults screen and clicking
. This screen can be found under -> / / . The Berth / Unit / Vault will need to have all History removed before will appear.
As mentioned above,
will only appear once you have removed all History for a particular Berth / Unit / Vault. Then, close & re-open the Berth / Unit / Vault. should now appear with the other buttons on this window.Related articles: | Article tags: | How did we do? | ||
