AutoPay not processing (#ATPYAPNP01)

Why is an AutoPay not processing?

Generally, an AutoPay will not process if the authorisation expiry date has expired. For legal reasons, once an authorisation Agreement (where a Customer permits you to deduct funds from bank their account, or credit card) has expired, you must enter into a new Agreement with that Customer, and not continually deducting funds from the Customer after the expiry date.

You can view the Customer's current autopay authorisation expiry date on the AutoPay tab of the Customer's Agreement (more info about this tab: #AGTTAB401).
