What is Westpac PayWay?

PayWay is a simple, secure, internet-based solution to collect and manage Customer payments. It supports direct debit, credit card, BPAY and Australia Post payments, enabling Customers to pay over the counter, pay online or over the phone. Find out more at Westpac's website.

How do I import Westpac PayWay transactions?

  1. Obtain the PayWay file (.csv file).
  2. The column CustomerReferenceNumber in the file must contain the 10 character Agreement Number or Customer Code, otherwise StorMan will not import the transactions.
  3. In StorMan, select Accounting then Transaction Import.
  4. Click PayWay Payments.
  5. Select the location of the Westpac file & import it.Note: StorMan will only Import transactions if column “CustomerReferenceNumber" contains the 10 characters long Agreement Number or Customer Code. In addition, the columns “TransactionDateTime” and “Amount” should not be empty. Note: To import transactions to StorMan we need Column 13 – Total Amount (Real), Column 16 – Customer Reference Number – (Alpha10), Column 30 – TransactionDateTime (21/06/2010 3:00:00 a.m.) and Column 31 – Status (only check has a transaction been declined or not).
