To apply for integrated StorMan Online Payments (what's this?), please read the information below, then complete the form underneath.

 

Before you can use this form...

Please read our Online Payments information page so that you have all the required information ready for this form.
You will need things like...

  • Your merchant provider's account details (e.g.: your username, password, merchant number, etc).
  • Your static (external) IP address.
  • You may need the customised Online Payments templates from your web designer as a .ZIP file (see link above for details).
  • You may need your logo (in a special format & at the correct size - see link above for details).

Please provide the following information for your main (or head office) facility




Regarding the look of the Online Payments pages...




Merchant Account Settings - Complete the following information for each facility within your group (you can add & remove rows using the coloured buttons provided). If you only have one facility using the Online Payments system, complete information for one row only. You will also need to include merchant account information for each facility (unless you do not wish to separate the data for accounting purposes) - this information is cAsE-sEnSiTiVe, so please enter it exactly as it has been provided to you by your merchant.

Checksum Email Settings - The Online Payments system sends a daily checksum email. Please enter the administration or management email address (usually a head-office address) that you would like these reports to be sent to. If you want the report to be sent to multiple email addresses, please separate the addresses with a comma. You will also need to specify the time of day (in New Zealand Standard Time; GMT + 12:00) when you wish to receive the checksum emails.





Banking Settings - The Online Payments system can mark your web-payment as "banked" in StorMan using different methods. Which method would you like to use for your facility (or facilities)?




IP Address(es) - We need to know your externally-accessible static IP address(es) so that payment information can be sent to your copy of StorMan.

Network Settings - The Online Payments system will not work until internet port "19812" (incoming / inbound) is open on your firewall / router and directed through to your primary StorMan machine or server.
