New Site Application Form

Welcome to the StorMan New Site Details form. This form allows us to setup & build a tailored StorMan database for your company & the way you operate. You will be able to save and load this form if you need to complete it at a later date.

 

Important Information...

  • The form has 16 steps (some steps may be skipped automatically depending on the options you select).
  • Ensure you answer all questions on the form - even if they are simple yes/no selections.
  • Please complete every field - even if it's a duplicate. Do not write "as above", "same" or "coming soon" (and so on) - if you do, then this information will be inserted into your custom datafile.
  • This form can take anywhere between 1 - 4 hours to complete, depending on how large your business is.
  • Please read all questions / sections carefully and complete them as required. Failing to follow formatting requests will result in an incorrectly-configured datafile for your business.
  • Most add-on services (in the 'Add-ons' section) incur additional charges. Please contact the StorMan Sales Team for pricing & further

  • You can always add extra information later on within the actual StorMan software program; you don't need to add each and every field here on this form. Obviously, the more you add to this form the better - as this allows us to do it for you.

Please have the following data ready...

  • Do you know what StorMan product you are purchasing? You can compare our versions by clicking your industry here: Storage / Marina / Vault / Rentals.
  • Do you know what kind of computer you have & whether it can run StorMan? Click to view recommended system requirements (discuss these with your IT Technician to ensure your computer can run StorMan).
  • Do you know what Support Plan you would like? Support is compulsory for the first year (it's generally always included in the price anyway); click to compare plans.
  • Do you know your unit / berth / vault numbers, their monthly fees (inc tax, if applicable) & dimensions? You will need to have this info on hand.
  • If you run a Marina, Vault or Self Storage facility, do you know what Access Control System you are running? Click to view our list of supported access control systems.
  • Do you sell merchandise items (e.g.: boxes, locks, food, drinks, rope, tackle, etc)? If so, you will need the following information for each type of item that you sell: Buy pricing (optional), Sell pricing (inc tax, if applicable), QTY on hand (optional) and the items GL code (only required if you are going to export StorMan data to a supported accounting package).
  • Are you a member of your local Self Storage, Marina, Vault, Rental, Carparks or Serviced Office association? If so, please have your association member number handy - this will enable us to load the associations' letter templates into StorMan for you. If you are not a member, please have your letter templates ready so that we can load them into the software for you.
  • Do you have your company logo handy as a .JPG, .PNG or .GIF image file? If so, you will be able to include it in the form (which will allow us to include it on your invoice & letter templates).
  • If you don't have all the information ready, don't worry - you will be able to save your answers & continue the form at a later date.
